A swimming pool, a fitness room and underground parking were also added to the complex, in response to growing demand.
What makes Manoir de l’Ormière such an avant-garde complex is its geometric layout, with the full range of services skillfully organized into a shared central hub. The current project – 340 units featuring a panoramic view of Quebec City – was completed in 2014.
The residents of Château Bellevue de Donnacona – located just 15 minutes away from Quebec City – enjoy an unobstructed view of the St. Lawrence River. Phase 1 of this project, comprising 117 units, was completed in 2013. The completion of Phase 2 in 2015 will add another 85 units, for a total of 197.
In 2017, M. Grégore was contracted to add an indoor swimming pool and spa, and to expand the dining room, to meet the growing needs of this complex.
One factor that set this project apart was the very tight building schedule – construction was achieved on time, in July 2016.
This 10-storey complex, scheduled for completion in the summer of 2018, will feature a magnificent view of the surrounding area. Phase 1 will comprise 181 residential units, an indoor swimming pool and spa, as well as a nursing unit that meets the most stringent safety standards.
This 10-storey complex, scheduled for completion in the fall of 2018, will feature a magnificent view of the surrounding area. The 300 units will be built in a single phase, along with an indoor swimming pool and spa, and a nursing unit that meets the most stringent safety standards.
The strict schedule for this project means that all 300 units will be ready at the same time.
COMMERCIAL AND TOURISM/RECREATION
M. Grégore has completed a number of other commercial jobs over the years, including renovation of the B. M. R. hardware store in Saint-Georges-de-Beauce. We have also built a new complex in Breakeyville, featuring a convenience store, a Shell service station and a Tim Hortons outlet, as well as the Maison Let’s Go day-care in Saint-Georges-de-Beauce.
Our company can therefore cite expertise in a number of areas, and take on any type of project.
Our wealth of experience prompted us to work with the tourism/recreation industry and the Boisé du Vigneron project at La Cache à Maxime, in Scott. Our mandate was to renovate and expand four banquet halls, and M. Grégore also built the nine lodges that made up Phase 1, as well as a new bar, a new restaurant and all civil engineering infrastructure.
