COMMERCIAL AND TOURISM/RECREATION

We have executed a number of commercial-scale projects in various sectors: hotels, restaurants/foodservice (including a complete refit of Manoir Champlain’s kitchen, at a cost of $1.5 million) and construction of “big box” malls, drugstores and office buildings.

M. Grégore has completed a number of other commercial jobs over the years, including renovation of the B. M. R. hardware store in Saint-Georges-de-Beauce. We have also built a new complex in Breakeyville, featuring a convenience store, a Shell service station and a Tim Hortons outlet, as well as the Maison Let’s Go day-care in Saint-Georges-de-Beauce.
Our company can therefore cite expertise in a number of areas, and take on any type of project.

THE BOISÉ DU VIGNERON IN SCOTT, QUEBEC

/ « Year »

Our wealth of experience prompted us to work with the tourism/recreation industry and the Boisé du Vigneron project at La Cache à Maxime, in Scott. Our mandate was to renovate and expand four banquet halls, and M. Grégore also built the nine lodges that made up Phase 1, as well as a new bar, a new restaurant and all civil engineering infrastructure.

Noah Spa in Scott, Quebec

« 2011 »

The health centre at Noah Spa comprises a series of rooms for treatment, massage and body care, a massage therapy school, a beauty centre, an impressive circuit of hydromassage stations, a sauna, a steam bath and an indoor spa. This centre, which opened its doors in the summer of 2011, offers a relaxation experience that’s unique in North America.

GARDERIE LET’S GO | ST-GEORGES

 2017

As a purpose-built structure, this contemporary-design building also had to meet the requirements of departmental statutes. Despite the very tight deadline, it was ready on time for the opening of this long-awaited daycare centre in St-Georges-de-Beauce. Complementing the full range of daycare-specific features is a small fenced-in lake stocked with fish, created for the children’s use.
