Ensure that all phases of project execution are in line with the client’s goals, and track budgets and schedules efficiently. Update the budget throughout the project term and review requests for payment based on the construction management principle.
Inspect the building; provide certification of job completion, descriptions of warranties and as-built plans; and prepare maintenance and operations manuals. Make recommendations for preventive work to ensure that the building maintains its value, and implement safeguards.
Compliance with standards
Propose solutions for building-specific problems, with a view to taking the corrective actions needed to bring the structure up to current standards. Adopt a holistic approach to ensure the work performed meets requirements, at lower costs.
